Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for a commercially‑savvy Commercial Operations Manager to lead contract execution, proposal development and customer relationship management. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, you will drive commercial efficiency and ensure profitable outcomes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead review, negotiation and finalisation of customer Terms & Conditions to secure favourable commercial results.
• Coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure contractual compliance.
• Prepare cost sheets and commercial offers aligned with pricing strategy and margin targets.
• Submit accurate proposals in response to RFQs and tender invitations on schedule.
• Maintain the department’s tollgate process, ensuring all approvals and documentation are completed before submission or execution.
• Monitor customer orders through production and delivery, acting as the focal point for status updates and bottleneck resolution.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with sales, planning, finance and engineering teams.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and develop KPI reports to track commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial management, sales operations or contract administration, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or energy sectors.
• Proven track record negotiating customer Terms & Conditions and preparing cost‑based proposals.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across sales, finance, planning and operations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
