About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Communication Engineer to work offshore in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on reviewing and approving FEED deliverables for a new PAGA system across the PIB, substation and desalter plant areas.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve all FEED deliverables related to the new PAGA system.
- Ensure all interfaces to the Telecommunication System are correctly established.
- Coordinate with project teams during construction and commissioning phases as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering or a closely related field.
- Eight years of overall experience, including at least four years on major oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Prior PMC experience in a similar role is preferred.
Required skills
- FEED and detailed engineering knowledge.
- Experience with PAGA systems and telecommunication interfaces.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures.
