Construction HSE Supervisor – Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Construction HSE Supervisor will oversee health, safety and environment compliance on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail. Reporting to the Construction HSE Coordinator or Site Manager, the role ensures all field activities meet TCM HSE policies, local regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Verify and update site HSE plans, procedures and documentation throughout construction phases.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE procedures, regulations and standards.
• Plan and execute regular HSE walk‑arounds, inspections and audits; prepare reports, action plans and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Organise and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and emergency drills.
• Lead HSE committee meetings and coordinate the site emergency response and fire‑fighting teams.
• Investigate incidents, maintain accident records and develop preventive measures.
• Prepare monthly HSE progress reports, statistics and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in HSE supervision on large construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Ability to work on a 60‑day on‑site rotation with 10‑day paid off‑site periods.
