Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and deliver Food & Beverage (F&B), residential and commercial projects. The role involves overseeing all construction phases, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance, and meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and health‑safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control assessments.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve technical, contractual and operational issues during execution.
• Oversee project close‑out, including snagging, testing, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of construction management experience, including F&B fit‑out, residential and commercial projects.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously from excavation to turnkey handover.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and industry standards (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑SP or equivalent (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Use of construction management software.
