Consulting Manager – Audit & Assurance (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a Consulting Manager to lead audit and assurance software engagements for Wolters Kluwer TeamMate across the Middle East. Reporting to the EMEA Associate Director of Professional Services, you will guide senior stakeholders through the implementation of TeamMate solutions, from sales hand‑off to go‑live, helping organisations modernise their audit, internal control and risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor on all TeamMate products, aligning them with customers’ audit, assurance and GRC processes.
• Partner with the engagement project manager to monitor timelines, budgets and deliver regular status updates to Wolters Kluwer leadership.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, coordinating with product management, support and technical services.
• Lead discovery and process‑mapping workshops to capture current and future state requirements.
• Design and configure TeamMate solutions to meet documented business needs, delegating tasks to consulting team members on larger engagements.
• Provide coaching, share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of service‑delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in internal or external audit, with solid understanding of second‑line assurance functions such as SOX, internal controls and enterprise risk management.
• Proven track record delivering B2B implementations of audit management or GRC systems.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, able to engage senior leaders across audit, risk and control functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑resource consulting engagements and drive projects to successful go‑live.
