About the role
HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a detail‑oriented Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts within its construction and engineering projects. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and Saudi regulations while supporting strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and negotiate contract terms in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate contract records and related correspondence.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to guarantee contract compliance.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables and financial milestones.
- Analyse contract risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resolve contract‑related disputes promptly.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong understanding of contract law and Saudi Arabian contract regulations.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Saudi national preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Experience using contract management software.
