About the role
The Contracting Representative will act as the company's voice in bid analysis, negotiations, and contract preparation for projects in the oil and petrochemical sector. This role involves sourcing contractors, evaluating offers, and ensuring all contract documentation is accurate and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Participate as the contract proponent representative in professional analysis of bid responses and negotiation of offers.
- Source potential contractors, conduct service valuations, and manage pre‑qualification processes.
- Prepare company estimate documentation and review for technical accuracy.
- Assist in procurement and administration of contracts, maintaining high ethical standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Section Head.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of contracting experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Understanding of processing contracts in SAP.
- Knowledge of in‑service procurement and contracting practices with strong technical and negotiation abilities.
