리츠칼튼 호텔의 주방에서 신선한 재료를 활용해 고품질 요리를 제공할 요리사를 찾습니다. 고객에게 일관된 맛과 프레젠테이션을 전달하는 것이 핵심 목표입니다.

주요 업무

재료 세척, 껍질 제거, 계량 및 혼합 등 사전 준비 작업 수행
레시피와 품질·프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 조리 및 테스트
오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
조리 과정에서 품질 모니터링 및 위생 관리
조리 후 식품을 적절한 용기에 담아 제공
주방 및 작업 도구 세척·소독 및 온도 확인
회사 정책·안전 절차 준수 및 사고·부상 보고

지원 자격

고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
관련 업무 최소 1년 이상 경험
특별한 면허·자격증 요구 없음

필수 역량

다양한 주방 장비를 안전하게 다룰 수 있는 능력
음식 품질 및 위생 기준을 지속적으로 유지
팀과 원활히 소통하고 협업할 수 있는 자세
신체적으로 장시간 서서 작업하고 무게 25파운드 이하 물품을 이동 가능
