About the role
The Coordinator will support the Rigs Hospitality team in Khobar, handling daily administrative and financial tasks related to catering services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly supervisor requests for the Catering Rig Manager.
- Encode weekly overtime reports after supervisor verification.
- Check and verify petty cash reimbursements.
- Prepare recharge memorandums for special supplies and invoice clients.
- Collect signed meal returns from Camp Boss for Finance submission.
- Update all issued items in the SAP system.
- Coordinate with camp managers and bosses for daily meals, inventory, and petty cash.
Required skills
- Basic computer software proficiency.
- Keyboarding and filing skills.
- Knowledge of SAP software.
