Corporate Lawyer – Commercial & M&A

About the role

Abdulaziz Alsuhayman Law Firm is seeking a driven Lawyer to join its corporate practice. You will work on high‑impact local and regional transactions, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution, gaining direct exposure to complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Provide precise legal recommendations for complex transactions and propose amendments to legal documents.
• Support due‑diligence processes and M&A transactions.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Manage legal files, track billable hours, and use document‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Write legal articles and newsletters for client communication.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable law firms.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business law.
• Excellent Arabic legal drafting and communication; strong English proficiency is a plus.
