Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

KSAXAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its Saudi Arabian operations. The role combines strategic business development, operational oversight, and deep knowledge of telecom networks and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities, ensuring service delivery excellence for mobile and fixed networks.
• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new telecom opportunities.
• Oversee technical operations, project management, and vendor relationships.
• Manage HR, administration, recruitment, and workforce planning in compliance with KSA labor laws.
• Develop and control budgets, costing, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Handle visa, Iqama, and manpower hiring processes, ensuring adherence to government platforms.

Required profile

• 15–18 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong KSA telecom background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Telecom Engineering (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership with a track record of business growth and operational excellence.
