Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Country Manager will lead all business activities in Saudi Arabia, shaping and executing medium‑ and long‑term strategies to grow market share and revenue. This senior role requires close collaboration with local teams, suppliers and customers while ensuring full compliance with KSA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business and sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Lead the in‑country team, overseeing operations, stock, purchasing and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with import, customs, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor cash‑flow, customer and supplier payments, and evaluate contracts and proposals.
• Support ERP implementation and maintain quality management systems aligned with international standards.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7–8 years of sales management experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in lubricant or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; local Saudi candidates only.
• Willingness to travel to Qatar when required.
