Creative Producer (Female‑Oriented Product)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creative direction of a female‑oriented digital product in Saudi Arabia. You will shape concepts, run data‑driven tests, and leverage AI tools to produce high‑performing advertising assets that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end creative testing framework, from hypothesis creation to performance analysis.
• Generate creative concepts based on market insights, competitor research, and trends in e‑commerce, gaming, and dating.
• Write detailed briefs and coordinate with designers and AI‑powered production workflows.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to execute tests and evaluate results across metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful themes, messaging angles, and performance drivers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or similar high‑volume creative environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Creative thinker who can translate data insights into compelling concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered video and image generation tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and spreadsheet management.
