Crew Duty Controller

About the role

As a Crew Duty Controller you will ensure the smooth delivery of flight and cabin‑crew operations for Riyadh Air. Working 24/7 in the Operations Control Centre, you will allocate crew resources, monitor readiness, and guarantee compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee crew rosters and ensure crew qualifications, certifications and fatigue limits are adhered to.
• Manage operational disruptions, respond to flight‑crew incidents and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with GACA, IATA and ICAO regulations, including Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) and fatigue risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, airport operations, external service providers and regulatory authorities.
• Analyse operational performance, support continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic projects.

Required profile

• High School diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in crew control, crew scheduling or planning, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage disruptions and make data‑driven decisions under pressure.
• Solid understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations.
• Relevant certifications in aviation operations or crew resource management are a plus.
