Crew Duty Controller

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Crew Duty Controller to ensure the seamless delivery of worldwide flight and cabin‑crew operations. You will allocate crew resources, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and support a 24/7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee crew rosters, readiness, qualifications and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitations, fatigue‑risk management, and GACA, IATA, ICAO regulations.
• Manage operational disruptions, respond to flight and crew incidents, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Represent Crew Operations within the Operations Control Centre and liaise with internal teams, airport operations, external service providers and regulators.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, analyse performance data and support strategic projects.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 4 years of experience in crew control, scheduling or planning.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead capacity is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage disruptions and make data‑driven decisions under pressure.
• Strong understanding of airline operations and aviation regulations.
• Certifications in aviation operations or crew resource management are a plus.
