About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Reservations Specialist to join our ground transportation team in Jeddah. The role involves managing passenger bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Record and track all requests in the company CRM system.
Coordinate reservations with Pricing and Operations departments.
Manage delays and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Required profile

Proven experience in customer service and reservations within Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with the Saudi corporate market.
Experience in transportation, limousine, chauffeur services, or fleet rental is a strong advantage.
Fluent Arabic and good working English.
Availability for shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
