About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Reservations Specialist to join our ground transportation team in Jeddah. The role involves managing passenger bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Record and track all requests in the company CRM system.
- Coordinate reservations with Pricing and Operations departments.
- Manage delays and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service and reservations within Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with the Saudi corporate market.
- Experience in transportation, limousine, chauffeur services, or fleet rental is a strong advantage.
- Fluent Arabic and good working English.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
