Customer Services & Relations Specialist

About the role

A company that designs, develops and produces mechanical and electrical prototypes, working with local and international manufacturers to turn ideas into finished products, is looking for a Customer Services & Relations Specialist. The role covers customer communication, relationship building and follow-up on quotations and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and follow up on their inquiries, requests and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective customers on quotations and business opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate payment completion.
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, document communications and prepare regular reports.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics engineering.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations or sales.
• Fluent Arabic, able to communicate naturally and professionally in a neutral Saudi dialect.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, follow-up and time-management skills.
