Customer Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Engineer to ensure client success through effective communication, software deployment, server readiness checks, and issue resolution. The role blends technical expertise with strong customer‑service skills to support our customers in both Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely updates on deployments and issue resolution.
• Software Deployment: Install and deploy our software on client environments while adhering to best practices.
• Server Readiness: Perform configuration and optimization checks to guarantee seamless deployments.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues ranging from configuration errors to complex software bugs.
• Issue Reproduction: Replicate reported problems in an internal environment to aid development teams in analysis and fixing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 + years experience in software deployment, technical support or a similar role.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• IIS installation and configuration.
• Windows Server administration.
• Linux server administration and shell scripting.
• .NET Framework and .NET Core deployment and troubleshooting.
• Docker containerization.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
