Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to support the development and implementation of security standards, assessments and controls across the organization. The role will involve managing identity and access, vulnerability and patch processes, network monitoring, forensic investigations and cyber threat intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity standards, policies and procedures.
• Conduct maturity, risk, compliance, vulnerability, social engineering assessments and penetration testing.
• Protect data and information systems from unauthorized access, modification or destruction.
• Monitor and control access to information assets and oversee network monitoring activities.
• Create and track cybersecurity metrics to measure performance.
• Implement security awareness programs and deliver training.
• Support incident management, investigation and forensic response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, Computer & Information Systems or Network Administration.
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, Security+ or GSOC.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity.
