Cybersecurity Analyst, OT

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst specialized in Operational Technology (OT) to join YASREF’s security team. The role focuses on protecting industrial control systems, electrical automation, and network infrastructure from cyber threats while ensuring compliance with internal and external security mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Determine information access requirements and implement comprehensive information security programs.
• Monitor and advise on cybersecurity issues to maintain effective internal controls.
• Develop, publish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Review security violations, conduct audits, and coordinate remediation actions.
• Lead cybersecurity projects, incident response planning, and risk assessments.
• Perform data classification assessments and support ISO 27001 certification efforts.
• Collaborate with government, legal and IT departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain user security awareness programs and related documentation.
• Provide technical support for Industrial Control Systems, Electrical Automation Systems and network security.
• Research emerging threats and stay current with best‑practice security solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably within OT environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 information‑security management requirements.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to management and coordinating with external stakeholders.
