Data Analyst – Business Insights

About the role

The Data Analyst will turn complex sales data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions. Working closely with the sales team, you will use your passion for big data and analytics to identify trends, solve day‑to‑day challenges, and drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate the daily issues faced by the sales team into data‑driven questions.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data related to sales performance, pipeline, and customer behavior.
• Produce both recurring and ad‑hoc reports that highlight key metrics and opportunities.
• Design and deliver intuitive visualisations and dashboards that make complex information easy to understand.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure analytical solutions meet their needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, MIS, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to create clear, compelling visualisations that communicate findings.
