Data Annotation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Annotation Analyst to create high‑quality ground‑truth datasets that train and validate perception models for autonomous and operator‑assisted machines. The role involves working with camera imagery, video, and LiDAR point clouds to label objects, people, terrain and environmental features with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate 2D and 3D objects across images, video and LiDAR point clouds, including vehicles, machinery, people, signage and environmental features.
• Create and maintain accurate segmentation, object tracking, pose and keypoint annotations across visual sequences.
• Apply detailed annotation specifications covering class definitions, occlusion rules and inclusion criteria.
• Review completed work, respond to QA feedback and consistently meet quality standards.
• Identify and escalate ambiguous scenes, sensor artifacts or tooling problems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive, visually intensive work.
• Excellent spatial reasoning to interpret 3D environments and object relationships.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with defined productivity or quality targets.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a distraction‑free workspace.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
