About the role

You are a technically accountable, outcome‑delivering, forward‑deployed solver (FDS), directly shaping and driving AI‑powered transformation from first principles through exceptional data engineering and architecture. At Searce you will lead the architectural charge—from initial data ingestion concepts to high‑velocity production pipelines—turning chaotic data into high‑velocity business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical data solution delivery that directly fuels client revenue, forecasting, architecting and executing data strategies with precision.
• Lead discovery workshops using first‑principles thinking to uncover client problems suitable for AI‑powered data architectures.
• Design and deliver AI‑native, cloud‑forward data solutions, ensuring production‑grade automation and real‑world data flows.
• Act as the lead technical voice in strategic client conversations, translating ambiguous business problems into elegant data engineering solutions.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, data science and delivery to implement DataOps and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
