Data Entry Specialist – Production & SAP

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist supports all production departments by collecting, entering and maintaining accurate data in SAP and Excel, enabling informed decision‑making and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and compile production data from all departments, ensuring accurate records of daily output and material consumption.
• Execute SAP transactions (C011, MIGO, CO02, MB52, COOIS, COGI) to post production quantities, material movements and verify stock levels.
• Generate daily and monthly Excel reports, support investigations for customer complaints, and prepare gap analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve material discrepancies and assign batch codes according to the production schedule.
