About the role

The Department Manager will lead the Beauty department at Bloomingdale's Riyadh, driving sales and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role reports to senior retail leadership and is responsible for achieving revenue targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities and recommend actions to exceed targets.
Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Minimise stock loss by implementing ATG policies, analysing stock data, and coordinating stock takes with Operations.
Plan and support sales promotions and brand activities, providing feedback to buying and planning teams.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.

Required profile

Graduate in any discipline.
3‑5 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
Proven leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
