About the role
The Department Manager will lead the Beauty department at Bloomingdale's Riyadh, driving sales and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role reports to senior retail leadership and is responsible for achieving revenue targets while maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities and recommend actions to exceed targets.
- Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Minimise stock loss by implementing ATG policies, analysing stock data, and coordinating stock takes with Operations.
- Plan and support sales promotions and brand activities, providing feedback to buying and planning teams.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and health & safety compliance.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3‑5 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
