Digital Governance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Governance Specialist to support Reef Holding’s digital transformation by implementing and monitoring governance policies. The role ensures compliance with Saudi regulations on cybersecurity, data protection and digital initiatives while promoting a strong governance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies and procedures across all departments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with national regulations related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Participate in developing, updating, and documenting governance frameworks and policy registers.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records, and compliance indicators, and prepare data for audits.
• Contribute to digital maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and track corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic reports on governance performance, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and audit teams regarding reporting requirements.
• Support internal awareness programs to promote best practices in digital governance and cybersecurity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance, or cybersecurity support roles.
