Digital Governance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Governance Specialist to join Reef Holding in Riyadh. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring digital governance policies, ensuring compliance with national regulations, and supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and ongoing monitoring of digital governance policies across all departments.
• Assist in meeting regulatory requirements related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Help develop, update, and document governance frameworks and procedural guides.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records, and compliance indicators.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments, analyse data, and propose improvement actions.
• Track corrective actions from audits and ensure timely remediation.
• Prepare periodic reports on governance performance and coordinate with audit teams and regulatory bodies.
• Support internal awareness programs on governance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance or cybersecurity support.
