Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Fad International’s fashion and beauty division in Jeddah, driving brand awareness and customer engagement through data‑driven digital campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web and campaign analytics.
• Generate insights and reports to continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital activities with brand campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all online touchpoints.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong digital and online marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Proven ability to execute multi‑channel campaigns and manage social media.
• Solid web‑analytics background with data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
