About the role

Müller`s Solutions is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant to guide clients through comprehensive digital change initiatives. You will work across multiple industries, leveraging emerging technologies to improve business processes and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects, assessing current operations and identifying technology‑enabled improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize solutions that boost productivity and performance.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and AI into existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to build client capabilities in using digital tools.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement software and technology solutions that streamline client processes.
• Monitor project performance, delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in digital transformation consulting or technology implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across various regions.
