Director – Country Head of Site Supervision

About the role

The Country Head of Site Supervision leads the in‑country business unit, responsible for achieving financial targets, KPIs and sustainable growth of the Site Operations business. Reporting to the Regional Site Operations Director, this senior client‑facing position shapes strategy, builds key client relationships and drives service excellence across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present a country‑level business plan aligned with regional objectives.
• Review and update site‑supervision capability statements.
• Own fee proposals, coordinate with bidding, commercial and legal teams, and lead bid/no‑bid decisions.
• Manage stage‑gate presentations, close successful proposals and document outcomes.
• Lead projects when required and ensure CRM data remains accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with existing clients to understand current and future needs; identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Represent the company at local industry events and contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Drive commercial robustness, risk identification and mitigation.
• Coach, mentor and recruit staff, including the UAE management team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in construction or site‑supervision businesses.
• Strong track record of achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country‑level strategies.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in talent attraction, retention and development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
