Director of Banquets, Four Seasons Riyadh

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, located in the Kingdom Tower in the heart of the capital, is hiring a Director of Banquets. The role carries both operational and financial responsibility for the entire banquet operation, overseeing its organization, the implementation of company standards and the delivery of high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the banquets department, including supervising banquet staff and coordinating with other departments
• Ensure the consistent execution of events and the delivery of services that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Lead the Food & Beverage and Catering areas of responsibility

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment
• Arabic and English reading, writing and oral proficiency
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and holidays
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others, with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to relate to all levels of guests and management and to handle multiple tasks at once

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of food preparation and of wine
• Excellent attention to detail and extensive service knowledge
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
• Excellent leadership and training skills
