Director of Consumer Revenue Assurance

About the role

The Director of Consumer Revenue Assurance will lead the strategy, policies and operational framework that safeguard the integrity of financial data across all consumer services. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, minimizes revenue leakage and supports fraud‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management General Directorate plans.
• Lead the Consumer RA department, driving high‑performance standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Measure actual revenue against forecasts, investigate discrepancies and produce monthly/annual reports for top management.
• Monitor and adjust operational processes and systems to reduce risk of revenue leakage.
• Introduce and adapt industry‑leading RA methodologies and in‑house tools.
• Oversee RA activities across regions, focusing on product, rating, billing, collection and conveyance.
• Conduct regular sanity checks on key revenue‑generating services.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Consumer Revenue Assurance or similar functions within telecom.
• Strong understanding of revenue measurement, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to manage change, ensure compliance and deliver clear reporting to senior executives.
• Experience coordinating cross‑regional teams and driving process improvements.
