Director of Finance & Asset Performance – Film Studios

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic leader to direct finance and asset performance for its film studio facilities. The role will shape financial strategy, ensure sustainable asset utilization, and support long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for film studio assets, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Monitor and analyse asset performance, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and financial returns.
• Develop and implement financial models and reporting tools to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to optimise asset management and drive business growth.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and asset value.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12‑15 years of experience in finance, asset management or related areas, preferably within film, media or entertainment.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and asset performance management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
