About the role
Foreground is partnering with a high‑growth private equity firm in Riyadh to appoint a Director of Investments. The role leads deal sourcing, commercial evaluation and portfolio value‑creation initiatives across multiple asset classes.
Key responsibilities
- Shape investment theses and oversee end‑to‑end due diligence.
- Drive execution of transactions and post‑acquisition value‑creation initiatives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, board members and portfolio executives.
Required profile
- Background in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or strategy.
- Proven track record in originating opportunities, structuring complex transactions and delivering post‑acquisition results.
- Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape.
Required skills
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Commercial intuition and strong analytical capabilities.
