About the role

The Director of Marketing & Communications will shape and elevate the brand presence of FAENA The Red Sea, positioning it among the world’s most extraordinary luxury lifestyle destinations. Reporting to senior leadership, this visionary leader will craft integrated marketing strategies that reflect FAENA’s distinctive voice and Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the property’s integrated marketing and communications strategy across rooms, food & beverage, spa, nightlife and events.
• Develop and manage brand campaigns across digital, print and social platforms in alignment with the global FAENA strategy.
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and excellence across all internal and external communications.
• Oversee advertising, digital media planning, email marketing and content calendars.
• Collaborate with creative teams on campaign concepts, photo shoots and branded content development.
• Manage website content, landing pages and third‑party platform presence.
• Drive social media and content strategy to maintain a strong digital footprint.
• Partner with Public Relations to align storytelling, media outreach and event promotion.
• Build relationships with luxury brands, influencers, tourism boards and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Visionary leader with a strong brand storytelling ability.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end lifestyle marketing.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, PR, digital, food & beverage and creative teams.
• Track record of delivering culturally‑driven campaigns that generate global demand.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance using KPIs and ROI.
