Director of People & Culture

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Director of People & Culture to lead its human‑resources function. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will act as a strategic partner, shaping people initiatives that support world‑class guest service and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the property’s People strategy in line with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group standards.
• Design, implement and oversee talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations programs.
• Ensure HR policies, processes and systems are compliant with Saudi labour legislation and aligned with best practice.
• Partner with Division and Department Heads to provide guidance on all employment matters.
• Maintain competitive total rewards packages through regular market surveys and internal equity reviews.
• Oversee payroll administration to guarantee timely and accurate salary payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in luxury hospitality or a comparable high‑end service environment.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic people initiatives that drive business results.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
