About the role
The Training Specialist will design and deliver training programs for accounting staff, supporting continuous professional development and aligning learning with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs using advanced instructional design techniques.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions with interactive elements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting content as needed.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e‑learning modules.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple programs and schedules.
Required skills
- Proficiency with instructional design software.
- Experience using e‑learning platforms.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
