About the role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to lead our procurement function within a contracting and construction environment. The role focuses on driving strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships and ensuring effective procurement planning to support project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead supplier negotiation and develop strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor performance.
- Plan and coordinate procurement activities to align with project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the contracting or construction sector.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
