Director of Residence – Luxury Resort Operations

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an exceptional Director of Residence to lead all residential operations at its luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This senior position is responsible for delivering world‑class residential experiences that reflect the Raffles brand’s standards of elegance and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, concierge services, and guest relations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost resident satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse residential team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage residential budgets, control costs, and allocate resources while maintaining premium service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety regulations, and Raffles brand standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, integrated resident experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management.
• At least 3 years in a director‑level or equivalent leadership position.
• Proven expertise in residential or property management within ultra‑luxury environments.
• Strong track record of leading high‑performing teams and developing talent.
• Exceptional customer‑service orientation and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Advanced financial acumen with experience managing significant operational budgets.
