Foreground is partnering with a leading government entity in Riyadh to identify a Director of Strategy & Transformation who will guide national‑level initiatives and shape long‑term strategic direction. The organisation is undergoing significant institutional development and needs a leader to translate high‑level mandates into structured programs, policies and operational frameworks.
Key responsibilities

- Operate confidently across ministerial, regulatory and executive environments.
Required profile
- Deep experience in strategy development, transformation and program execution within government, consulting or major national entities.
- Adept at stakeholder alignment, organisational redesign, performance management and policy governance.
- Strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder environments.
