Director of Support Services

About the role

Lead all enabling functions of Botanica Red Sea, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Government Relations, Procurement, Administration, HSSE & Compliance, and coordination of IT systems with the Red Sea Global group. The role ensures efficient operations, accurate financial reporting, compliant hiring, and reliable procurement for a large in‑house workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial records, month‑end close, management accounts, billing, receivables, payables, cash‑flow forecasting and VAT compliance.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem processes and Saudization compliance.
• Set sourcing strategy, manage procurement lifecycle, supplier contracts and inventory valuation.
• Oversee office services, document control, policies, procedures and delegation of authority register.
• Coordinate ERP, HRIS, inventory and fleet systems, ensuring data integrity and access controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; SOCPA, CMA, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, at least 7 years leading finance, HR or shared services functions in KSA.
• Proven experience supporting multi‑business‑unit organisations with a large field workforce.

Required skills

• Financial control, budgeting, management reporting and audit.
• Saudi labour law, GOSI, Nitaqat and government relations processes.
• Procurement governance and supplier contract management.
• Integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37301) and compliance.
• ERP, HRIS, inventory and fleet system coordination.
