Senior Cost Control Supervisor

About the role

Botanica, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is building a structured SAP costing environment across multiple departments and cost centres. The Senior Supervisor – Cost Control will own the month‑end costing close, ensure accurate cost allocations and support profitability reporting at the contract and revenue‑stream level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end costing close in SAP, including cost allocations, activity price runs, overhead cycles and internal order settlement.
• Oversee allocation of labour, depreciation and overhead costs to orders and revenue streams.
• Manage production and trading costing, finished‑goods valuation and cost of goods sold for plant trading.
• Maintain contract‑level profitability tracking for landscape maintenance and ensure proper inter‑company transfer pricing.
• Prepare gross‑profit and profitability‑by‑revenue‑stream reports, supporting management KPIs.
• Act as SAP Controlling (CO) module lead, driving automation and supporting system implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• 6‑8 years progressive experience in accounting, cost control and financial reporting, with 2‑3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, facilities management or similar project‑based environments is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP Controlling (CO) module expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and cost allocation methodologies.
• Financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
