Director, Product Management - Financial Services

About the role

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Director of Product Management in financial services (banking) in Riyadh. You will build and oversee digital product delivery for various clients, collaborating with digital product leadership and with experience, data and analytics, marketing and technology teams to deliver user-centric experiences. You will also manage a team so that roadmaps are developed and delivered for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategy for a digital product and align it to other organizational goals, turning it into executable roadmaps
• Gather insights from quantitative data, qualitative data, user testing and market research to build data-driven hypotheses and business cases
• Account for digital product performance against goals and KPIs
• Manage stakeholder intake requests and lead partners through the intake process
• Lead decisions on product team ownership, structure and cost, and manage a team of Digital Product Managers
• Communicate the vision, roadmap and goals to individual product teams and work with product owners to close the feedback loop
• Work with portfolio and technology teams to prioritize and deliver roadmaps, and escalate impacts and issues to leadership

Required profile

• Knowledge of the financial services (banking) industry
• Proven track record of building or owning large digital products with positive impact on engagement and KPIs
• Experience building and leading digital product scrum teams and working with multi-disciplinary teams (product managers, project managers/scrum masters, UI/UX, marketers and engineers)
• Strong data analysis, storytelling, negotiation and influencing skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of current digital web and application standards
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Certified Agile Product Manager (additional)
