Dive Instructor

About the role

Join Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) as a Dive Instructor and lead unforgettable underwater experiences at the Red Sea destination. You will be responsible for guiding dives, delivering PADI‑standard courses, and supporting the smooth operation of the dive centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily dive excursions for guests, ensuring safety and professional standards.
• Teach scuba diving courses in accordance with PADI curricula.
• Assist the Dive Center Manager with operational tasks, sales, and retail activities.
• Collaborate with sustainability and SEZ teams on environmental stewardship.
• Support the development of additional dive centres across RSSE assets.
• Maintain dive centre appearance and equipment readiness.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to safety and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and instructional abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and travel between assets as needed.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for marine tourism.

Required skills

• PADI certified instructor (Open Water or higher).
• Proficiency in dive equipment handling and maintenance.
