Trampoline & Parkour Coach

About the role

BOUNCE is looking for energetic and passionate Trampoline Coaches to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The work takes place on site, in a fun, fitness-focused environment where coaches inspire young and adult guests while keeping them safe and enjoying themselves.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and run trampoline activities, games and classes with energy and enthusiasm.
• Keep guests safe by watching their behaviour and making sure they follow safety rules.
• Deliver good customer service, answering guest questions and requests promptly.
• Motivate guests of all ages to take part actively and confidently.
• Help keep the trampoline areas and equipment clean and tidy.
• Show advanced jumping techniques while following safety protocols.
• Support the wider team with events, parties and special programmes.

Required profile

• Excellent jumping skills and physical fitness suited to trampoline activity.
• Strong customer service skills, especially in a recreational setting.
• Enthusiastic attitude and positive behaviour with guests and colleagues.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
