Divisional Engineering Manager – Farming Division

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for its Farming Division. The role focuses on designing, selecting and maintaining cost‑efficient equipment and systems for refrigeration, water treatment, electrics and agricultural machinery, ensuring milk production at the lowest possible cost.

Key responsibilities

• Design, approve and standardise power distribution and utility services for all new projects within the division.
• Implement preventive and planned maintenance programmes to minimise production loss due to equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor and control spare‑parts inventory levels (excluding Parlour) to meet agreed targets.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for engineering staff, both internal and external.
• Specify and select equipment that complies with Almarai Health and Safety Manual and international standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Certification in the 16th Edition of Electrical Installation Standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining electrical plant and machinery in an industrial environment.
• Hands‑on exposure to industrial generators, refrigeration equipment, water‑treatment systems and both fixed and mobile plant.
