Document Controller – Data Center Commissioning

About the role

SGS is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage large‑scale data centre commissioning documentation (L0–L6). The role acts as the central point of contact for all commissioning documents, ensuring traceability, accessibility, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain commissioning documentation from L0 to L6 levels.
• Administer electronic commissioning management systems and EDMS platforms.
• Control and organise test reports, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover dossiers.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery of required documents.
• Maintain version control, audit trails, and document archives in accordance with internal and client standards.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional qualification in document control or construction management.
• 10–12 years of experience in construction document management, preferably on data centre projects.
• Proven ability to work with large‑scale commissioning documentation and to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
