Duty Free Account Manager – Retail & Travel Sales

About the role

The Duty Free Account Manager will be based on‑site in Riyadh and will own the development of Cigar Square’s duty‑free and travel‑retail accounts. You will build strong relationships with key customers, negotiate commercial terms and ensure the brand is presented optimally in premium retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow duty‑free and travel‑retail accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and produce regular forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics and merchandising with internal teams.
• Visit client locations, support brand activations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in duty‑free, travel retail or FMCG.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Solid analytical skills for reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
